More of an overgrown trading post than actual town, Rifllian is the only place that humans can easily interact with the Callarii elves of the Radlebb wood.

Lady Prestelle is the ruler of Rifllian. She is a young elf with a reputation as a shrewd negotiator, especially when it comes to trade matters.

	The Estate of Verge

Built by Lord Teranon Antonic thirty some years ago, Verge is a large walled castle in the foothills of the Black Peak Mountains on the road to Threshold.

Reinhard Delivorias has adminstered the fief since the death of Lord Antonic in AC996. He acts as warden until the Lord's son, Retameron, returns to claim his estate.

Theshold is a large logging and fishing community on the shores of Lake Windush in the Black Peak Mountains.
