	The Estate of High Forge

Home to the Dwarves of Karameikos, High Forge lies in the Wufwolde hills. While there are a few buildings that cater to humans, most of the community is underground.

King Dorfus Hilltopper rules High Forge. While technically owing allegiance to the Duke, Hilltopper is generally allowed to govern the Stouthollow Clan without interference.

	The Barony of Kelvin

Desmond Kelvin I built his city on the trade route between Specularum in the South and Selenica to the North (in Darokin). It is an imposing settlement with several walled sections including a large area for caravans to stay.

Desmond Kelvin II inherited the Barony when his father died. The Baron runs his domain with strict military efficiency.

	The Estate of Penhaligon

Artemis Penhaligon built a castle overlooking the village of Vatresh northeast of Kelvin. He assumed rulership of the region and was popular among the native people.
